Using Depth diggers and the Shame allows Electrocute to be a huge damage dealer against the weak masses, however the twister can be cast while channeling Electrocute, so having Ranslor's allows you to constantly keep them locked down. I love Archon, so it's in there with the Pure power rune for good measure, and no Wizard would Throw in the Black Hole with Spell steal once in a while for Elite packs and Large trash mobs, and you can destroy everything in sight within seconds due to the damage increase.
